Halo 2 is the sequel to one of the greatest, if not the greatest first person shooter on a gaming system ever
made, Halo.
Halo 2 starts right where Halo left off, with Master Chief returning to earth, but soon after, your homeplanet
gets attacked by the Covenant, grunts, and a few new alien species not seen in the first Halo. You dont stay on earth
very long though seeing that it gets destroyed by Covenant Forces. I wont give away to much of the story but I will
say this there will be a Halo 3.
There are many new levels ranging from inclosed industrial buildings to the open ended out doors. The graphics
have had a major overhall with better shadow and lighting effects. Also, Master Chiefs Armor has been upgraded, he looks
almost the same be he is slightly glossier and his helment has more glare.
My problem with the last Halo was the online play seeing that you could only play over system link, but now its
a different story. You can play on Xbox live or over systm link with up to 16 players simutaniously. You can now
also cutomize your character with many different decals and paint options. My only problem with Halo 2 is that it is
so short. You can beat the sigle player mode in less than 12 hours. Other than that Halo 2 is a great game that
no Xbox owner should be with out.
